To prepare for the day I like to wake up early (between 6 and 8), make myself a cup of tea, and chill. Does this happen frequently? Absolutely not. I’m trying to get into the habit again, but it’s so hard to pull myself out of bed in the mornings. Especially when I know that there is not really anything I have going on during the day. Yet I hate sleeping in because it makes me feel like I’m absolutely useless. But now that I have a dog, I think I can make a commitment to waking up early, having that tea, and taking him for a walk in the morning. It should be easier to do when there is another living creature’s health involved, right? We’ll see how it goes.
